What does an hour of work mean?

Working an hour means the workload of one employee. For example, if two cleaners clean your home for 2.5 hours, that means a total of 5 working hours.

How does number of cleaners affect the cost of cleaning?

Cleaning is charged based on working hours. Each hour worked is paid based on the number of cleaners. For example, if two cleaners clean for 2 hours, this equates to a total of 4 working hours.

Can I stay at home during the cleaning?

Cleaning can continue while you are at home, as long as it does not disturb you.

Can I be away from home while cleaning?

Cleaning will work well in your absence as long as you have entered into a keychain contract or let the cleaners in.

Do I have to prepare for cleaning somehow?

No special preparation is required, but if you have booked the first-time cleaning and your apartment is very messy or requires an arrangement, this may affect the estimated duration of the cleaning.

Does my pets hurt?

There is no harm for your pets. However, please let us know in advance if you have pets, so we know how to prepare.

What is included in the cleaning?

Cleaning content can be found on our website under Services → Cleaning. Cleaning can include many things, as agreed.

When the content of the cleaning is agreed?

The contents of the cleaning can be arranged in advance or on the cleaners arrival. However, if you have specific cleaning needs that require special filters or other extras, we kindly ask you to inform about it in advance.

How can I take advantage of the household deduction?

The right to deduct from the household is currently 50% of the amount paid up to 2400€. The deduction is an annual deductible of 100€. After you begin your regular cleaning, we will provide you with a summary of the home cleaning services. We will send it each February so that you can report the cost to the tax office.

Can I postpone or cancel the cleaning?

It is possible to postpone or cancel contract cleaning if you notify us no later than 3 pm on the day before the cleaning. It is a good idea to discuss directly with your cleaner about postponing or canceling the cleaning.

Can I order window cleaning?

It is possible to combine window cleaning with home cleaning. You can tell the cleaner about your wishes or contact us if you would like to order a window cleaning.

Is there any cleaning on public holidays?

We do not clean on public holidays. If you would like to have an alternative cleaning day, you can arrange it with your cleaner or contact us.

Does the cost of cleaning depend on the day and time?

The cleaning price is the same on weekdays regardless of the time (23.00-06.00- night charge). Saturday counted as a business day and on Sundays, we charge a double price.
